I'm an American-born founder, author, and real estate professional based in Catalonia, Spain. Over the last two decades, my life has unfolded across continents, cultures, and mountains — from the north, south, east and west of the United States

Everything I create — companies, books, ideas — comes from lived experience, deep curiosity, and a belief that joy, belonging, and transformation are not abstract concepts, but practical outcomes of courageous choices.

I didn't set out to build a personal brand.

I set out to live fully — and to pay attention.

My journey has been guided by movement: across countries, cultures, careers, and inner landscapes. Along the way, I learned that the places we choose, the risks we take, and the communities we commit to quietly reshape who we become.

At a young age, a deep connection drew me to Catalonia — a region of mountains, sea, cities, language, and soul. What began as a personal calling became a professional and creative ecosystem rooted in place, presence, and purpose.
